Refund Policy

1. Payments and Billing

Kalleo Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

2. 7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, email support@getkalleo.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

3. Renewal Charges

After the initial 7-day window, subscription renewal charges are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in your account — access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We will review refund requests outside the standard window on a case-by-case basis for documented technical failures that prevented access to the Service. To submit such a request, contact support@getkalleo.com with a description of the issue.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
